Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale items or gift cards, if applicable

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
